Brief
To produce a short film The Legacy that would raise awareness of the sectors which will benefit directly from the 2012 Olympic and Paralympics coming to London e.g. construction, hospitality and catering. As well as present the legacy that the Games would bring and leave behind. Daniel's Film was devised to present the aspirations of a young disabled athlete who is training to compete in the 2012 Paralympics Games, whilst looking for a job that offers training and the opportunity to work towards a qualification.

Results
Young people’s awareness about the many different learning, voluntary and career opportunities available to them through the 2012 Games coming to London increased by 72% after this live multi media performance.

Q1 How effective do you think the performance was?
Very effective, it was a brilliant way of communicating an important message which was very well received.

Q2 Do you think the information given in the performance will have an impact on the young people in the audience?
Definitely, it was very clear and an innovative and forward thinking approach to delivering vital information to the YP.

Q3 Do you think we conveyed the importance of the 2012 Games and the opportunities it will provide to young people?
Yes diefinitely.

Q4 Do you think we conveyed the message of the importance of a broad based education?
Yes definitely.

Q5 Any other comments you would like to make?
I stayed behind and spoke to a teacher and felt that the performance was exactly what the YP needed and it was a refreshing way to deliver to them and at the right time in their education to hear.
