Flexible, bespoke and dynamic - Gibber will develop a training programme to deliver your objectives using a combination of traditional training methods and our own drama for development techniques:

Scripted Scenarios
Gibber's actor/facilitators present scripted scenarios to demonstrate identified issues and stimulate debate around effective solutions.

Forum Theatre
Using the improvisational expertise of our actor/ facilitators the client is encouraged to direct the scenario presented generating ideas that will impact upon outcomes of the scenario. Working in this way enables us to stop, start, fast forward, rewind or simply start again to explore effective solutions. The section concludes with a discussion, sharing experience and expertise that will reflect upon worst/best practice.

Practice
Gibber use actor/facilitators in small groups to facilitate ‘practice’ with the client. These interactive experiential drama techniques offer the opportunity for clients to experience the impact of attitudes and behaviours in a work setting and observe the consequences of actions without repercussions.

Film and Playback
Gibber can film practice sessions between the client group and actor/facilitators. This learning technique enables the client to become more self-aware and gain an invaluable insight into how others experience their communication techniques. This encourages reflection on individual experience and expertise, highlighting worst/best practice.
